  • LuckLuck Points do triple duty: push a roll, soak a hit, bend the scene.
  • GenresModular rules for Horror, Detective, Western and Fantasy.

Who we are

321 Action Games, LLC

Produce cool stuff without limits on creativity.

Ham & Egg is two guys from New Jersey. Geo Collazo and John "Hambone" McGuire started it in 2020, which in practice has meant horror zines, a d10 system nobody asked us for, a wasteland campaign with dinosaurs in it, and a novel about a girl who renames herself Doom.

Twelve funded campaigns and more than a thousand backers later, neither of us has taken a salary or a share of profit. It all goes back into the next book.

We print short. A run covers the backers plus a few for the shop, and we reprint only when something sells out. No warehouse, no remainder bin, no four hundred copies of a book nobody wanted.

Art, editing, design and layout are done by people. We hire them, we pay them, and we credit them by name inside the book: Zack Giallongo, Sally Cantirino, Cheese Hasselberger, Levi Combs, Meghan Ball, and whoever the next one calls for.
