A cinematic d10 system built for short, loud campaigns. Roll under your stat, spend Luck when the scene demands it, bolt on the genre you are playing this month.
5AliveRPG · with Super Savage Systems
A survival engine for the kind of night where the doors will not hold. Built for scenario play: a point-crawl out, then a siege you defend with whatever is nailed down.
Third-party · by invitation and on purpose

Coming before launch
The 24-page fantasy reference behind the new trilogy. Free to everyone, digital first, and sized to print on the printer you already own.
Produce cool stuff without limits on creativity.
Ham & Egg is two guys from New Jersey. Geo Collazo and John "Hambone" McGuire started it in 2020, which in practice has meant horror zines, a d10 system nobody asked us for, a wasteland campaign with dinosaurs in it, and a novel about a girl who renames herself Doom.
Twelve funded campaigns and more than a thousand backers later, neither of us has taken a salary or a share of profit. It all goes back into the next book.
We print short. A run covers the backers plus a few for the shop, and we reprint only when something sells out. No warehouse, no remainder bin, no four hundred copies of a book nobody wanted.
Art, editing, design and layout are done by people. We hire them, we pay them, and we credit them by name inside the book: Zack Giallongo, Sally Cantirino, Cheese Hasselberger, Levi Combs, Meghan Ball, and whoever the next one calls for.
Questions, actual play reports, or a pitch you think fits the line.
We sell wholesale to shops, and we will happily send a demo copy of whatever you want to run on a Saturday. Email for terms.
Press kit, review copies and high-res art for the trilogy are ready to go. Ask and we send it the same day.
